I’m Luisa Noelle, founder of New York New You — a performance coach specializing in strength and conditioning focused on long-term athletic development, movement quality, and durable performance.
I work with competitive athletes and driven adults in New York City who want structured, intelligent training designed to build strength, resilience, and long-term physical capacity.
My work has been shaped by time inside athlete-centered environments, including serving as the Performance Coach for Team Vinyl in Unrivaled — a professional women’s basketball league founded and led by WNBA athletes.
My Work Is Rooted in Sport
I grew up as a multi-sport athlete and went on to compete at the collegiate level. Those years shaped how I think about training: disciplined preparation, clear standards, and a long-term view of development.
Like many athletes, I also navigated recurring injuries during my playing career. Cycles of rehab, return-to-play, and rebuilding pushed me to understand performance more deeply — not just how to train harder, but how to train smarter.
Those experiences ultimately led me into coaching, with a focus on helping athletes and adults build strength and durability that lasts.

My path into coaching grew directly out of my experiences as an athlete.
Years of training, competition, injury management, and recovery taught me how demanding high-level performance truly is — physically and mentally. Those lessons shaped the way I coach today.
My focus is helping athletes and high-performing adults build strength, durability, and confidence through structured training designed for long-term development.

I am currently completing a Master of Science in Applied Physiology & Kinesiology at the University of Florida, where my work focuses on human performance, movement adaptation, and evidence-informed strength programming.
